How do I change my username, email address, or settings?+
You can go to “MY ACCOUNT“ by clicking on “NAME” on the top right corner of the browser. In the “MY ACCOUNT” section you can edit your name, email address etc.
What if I forget my password?+

Where can I get product sizing information?+
You can refer “SIZE CHART” by clicking on the “SIZE CHART” option at the bottom of the home page. Also if you have any doubt or specific enquiry you can always write us or contact us for assistance.
Are the colours shown in the website accurate?+
Products on www.bahioffcial.com are all handcrafted and specially chosen for you. Due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the product available on the website, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is the closest of the product. However there may be minor variations of the colour of the fabrics, dyes or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.
How can I take care of my following fabric?+
  • Jamdani cotton – It is best to dry clean. You can wrap it in a clean cloth and store it in a saree bag.
  • Khadi cotton – dry clean only

What is the process for placing an order with Bahi?+
Please note our website is a non e-commerce platform website. So for placing order you have to write an email at www.bahioffcial.com or reach us at our given contact numbers. We will get back to you.
Do I need to sign up for placing orders?+
No, you can always choose and get back to us via email or contact numbers as shared, for placing the order for the same. However signing up & creating an account is easy, it helps bahiofficial.com to serve you better.
Do you have cash on delivery option?+
No, we do not have any cash on delivery option.
How can I check the status of my order?+
We will email you the order tracking number once your order is shipped. You can check the order on the concerned courier partner’s website. We use DHL/FEDEX for international deliveries and DTDC for deliveries in India.
Can I cancel or change my order?+
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed. For this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. However you can always cancel or change your order before making the advance payment. Since your order is confirmed when you make the advance payment. Returns can always be initiated.
Can I add items to an existing order?+
We cannot promise you on that but it depends upon few factors like what product you would like to order, product availability, value of order etc.

PAYMENT

How do I make payment for my orders?+
You can make the payment in our website or you can make fund transfer to our account if you are placing some customized order. Account details will be shared on request basis on your email id.
How much duties and taxes do I have to pay?+
So the prices will be said to you will be excluding any taxes and duties. The amount for taxes and duties will depend upon shipping destination and quantity and value of the goods purchased, so after we receive your order, we will intimate you the amount of taxes and duties and send you the bill inclusive all taxes and duties in your email id.
Does bahioffcial.com charge sales tax?+
No, all taxes are a part of the prices.

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING

Can you ship internationally?+
Yes , bahiofficial.com send shipments all over the world.
How long will it take me to get my order?+
For standard shipping in India , you should receive your order in 3-4 business days, however if it's International shipment , it reaches in the other country in 5-6 business days but it all depends upon the time taken by customs. So bahiofficial.com cannot promise you on the no. of days for international shipment.
Can my shipping address and billing address be different?+
Yes, the shipping address and the billing address can be different. Customers are requested to provide the full addresses with postal/zip code.
Can I change my shipping address after my orders has been dispatched?+
Unfortunately we are unable to redirect orders once your item has been dispatched. Therefore please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address so that we can deliver as per specified delivery times. In case it is an emergency, please contact us for assistance.
Is my package insured?+
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box . (Please keep the external packaging materials for our courier company to do the inspection
