HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

We are unable to accept returns on any product. Only in exceptional cases where the garments gets damaged in transit or when a wrong order is delivered a return request along with photographs of the damaged products can be sent to www.bahiofficial.com. The request will be reviewed at our end and communicated to you via email. Upon where the garments get damaged, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded. Please send the products back to our below-mentioned address through a courier at our address: B-126/2, 2nd Floor, Shahpurjat, New Delhi - 110049. Please note that a certain amount as a restocking fee will be deducted from your credit. Please note for the bespoke orders, only if there is any mistake from our end it will be redone with no extra cost.
