• Colours displayed on screen may differ slightly from the actual product due to monitor calibration and photography lighting
• Subtle imperfections in hand-woven or hand-printed textiles are inherent to the artisanal process and are not grounds for return or exchange
• Each Jamdani weave and embroidery motif is unique — no two pieces are identical

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice

• We accept payments via UPI, Net Banking, and Credit/Debit Cards through secure payment gateways

Once an order is placed:

• You will receive an order confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp
• Confirmation does not guarantee dispatch — it confirms receipt of your order
• If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or fulfilment limitations

Please ensure all order details — size, address, and contact information — are accurate before completing your purchase.

Given the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing an order.

• Once production has begun, cancellations will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued
• Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled

Domestic Orders (Within India)

• All domestic orders are shipped through registered courier partners
• Orders are dispatched within 25–30 working days, given the hand-intensive nature of our production
• Post-dispatch delivery typically takes 3–5 working days depending on your location
• A shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched
• BAHI is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control

International Orders

• International orders are shipped via DHL Express, FedEx, or Aramex
• Delivery timelines vary by country and typically take 5–10 working days post-dispatch
• All customs duties, taxes, and import charges are to be borne solely by the customer
• BAHI is not responsible for delays or charges imposed by customs authorities
• International orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded

Delivery timelines are approximate. In the event of any delay, our team will communicate proactively and work to resolve the situation at the earliest.

Domestic Returns (Within India)
We accept returns within 7 working days of delivery, provided:

• The item can only be returned only if the order is not processed as per the measurements given by clients
• The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
• The item is in its original packaging with all tags intact
• The return request is initiated within 7 working days of delivery by writing to bahiofficial23@gmail.com

Items returned due to natural variations in handcraft, colour differences from screen, or change of mind are not eligible for any exchange or refund.
Items that arrive damaged or defective must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. BAHI will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

International Returns

Due to logistical complexities, international returns are accepted for exchange only — not refund.

• Return freight charges, customs duties, and taxes are entirely the customer’s responsibility
• For exchange queries on international orders, please write to bahiofficial23@gmail.com before initiating a return

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• No refunds are issued on international orders
• No refunds are issued for cancellations made after 24 hours of order placement
• Store credit may be offered in lieu of a cash refund at BAHI’s discretion

Our garments are crafted from rare, natural fabrics and require mindful care:

• Dry clean or hand wash in cold water only
• Do not machine wash or tumble dry
• Do not bleach or use harsh detergents
• Dry in shade — avoid direct sunlight to preserve fabric and colour
• Iron on low heat on the reverse side
• Store in the cotton pouch provided to protect the fabric

Damage caused by improper care, washing, or storage is not covered under our return or exchange policy.
